Can I walk-in without an appointment?

TORONTO DOWNTOWN LOCATION:

-YES. During the business hours 9AM-5PM walk-ins are welcome while Notary is on duty.

DURING THE EVENINGS & WEEKENDS - NO!

You need an appointment. DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY. NO WALK-IN. There is NO SERVICE unless it is verified and confirmed.

What geographical areas do you provide your mobile Notary Public service?

Mobile notary services available in Etobicoke and Downtown Toronto at the convenience of your office or residence.

What is the fee for Notarization?

How can I pay?

Only Cash and E-transfers are accepted.

I take pride in transparency of pricing policy. There are no hidden fees.
All prices are exclusive of H.S.T

What are your working hours?

I am available to assist you by phone and email between the hours of 9am-9pm, 7 days a week.

Toronto Downtown Location Notary Business Hours are 9AM-5PM.

Evenings 6PM-9PM

If the booking calendar is available when you are scheduling an appointment, then I am available for service.

What do I need to bring with me at the time of the appointment?

You are required to be able to identify yourself with two pieces of identification at the time of your appointment.

If I need certified copies of the original documents but I do not have an access to the printer, do you have the printer and scanner?

Yes, I do have the printer and scanner available. It is strongly recommended to come in for an appointment with printed documents. Do Not sign your documents before you meet with me. You can only sign your document(s) in the presence of the notary at the time of your appointment.

Is there a fee for printing or scanning documents?

Yes, there is. The cost for printing or scanning or photocopy is $1.00 per black and white page plus H.S.T and $2.00 per coloured page plus H.S.T

Can you make a certified true copy of a photo copy?

No. You must present the original document(s) in order to certify that the copy made is true to the original.

Are you able to witness my signature on a document other than English or French?

Yes. Please note that I do not verify the content of the documents. I validate the individual’s identity and signature only. Therefore, if you are able to attest to the contents of the document, it can be in any language.
