Maxim Gutsan B.A Notary Public

I’m Maxim Gutsan, a Toronto Notary Public and licensed paralegal in the province of Ontario since 2017.

Since becoming a Notary Public in 2020, I’ve built a practice serving a wide range of clients, from individuals to corporate professionals, all requiring efficient and accurate document handling.

This is a one-on-one service:  no outsourcing, no confusion. When you book, you deal directly with me. That means clear communication, attention to detail, and accountability every step of the way.

• Notarization of documents for local and international use
• Apostille / authentication preparation and guidance
• Mobile notary services (downtown Toronto & south Etobicoke)
• Immigration and Refugee Board hearings

Many clients come to me specifically for documents that require apostille or authentication. Being located near Ontario’s Official Documents Services, I offer same-day drop-off options and act as a trusted agent for clients across Canada and abroad.

I’ve built this practice around accessibility and efficiency:

• Flexible appointments (including evenings and weekends)
• Mobile visits to offices, homes, hospitals, and job sites
• Straightforward pricing - no unnecessary overhead

I combine legal training with real-world experience.  Before becoming a notary, I worked in legal support, process serving, and document handling across Toronto’s courts and financial district. That ground-level experience shaped how I work today:

Maximally Explained. Minimally Complicated.
